Nestled in the hills of Le Marche, a stone's throw from the pedestrian bike path that leads to the center of Civitanova Marche. Absolute tranquility. Great view, romantic, quiet, child-friendly and good price. Both rooms and apartments very tastefully furnished. Very clean. Pedestrian bike path at 100 mt for a very pleasant walk.

I stayed with my family at this facility for two weeks. It is located 3.5 km from the sea in a great location, within a beautiful, well-planted park. An oasis of peace. To reach the sea there is a bicycle and pedestrian path through the countryside of Civitanova, a great healthy route.

Location of the place less than 1 km from Porta Marina. Facilities: Large parking lot; swimming pool; ping pong; small children's area (slide; walker; swings) possibility to relax in the various terraces of the rooms in the shade of umbrellas or tents with tables and garden chairs: of course, I do not know all the rooms but I think they all have terraces or there is the whole green area of the residence. I am very comfortable here I have friends here...
